Last Updated: 19 August 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Shubham Logistic Services website or engaging our transportation and logistics services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These Terms provide general information about our website and services. Shipment-specific terms may be provided separately in the applicable quotation, booking confirmation, work order, transportation agreement, Goods Receipt, Lorry Receipt (LR), invoice, or other relevant document.

2. Services

Shubham Logistic Services holds a valid Common Carrier Registration Certificate and provides logistics and transportation solutions across India, including container transportation, ODC transportation, project cargo movement, reefer transportation, air suspension transportation, white glove delivery, port, CFS and ICD connectivity, and loading and unloading services. Service availability and operational arrangements may vary based on cargo, route, vehicle availability, permits, handling requirements, and applicable regulations. Transportation may be carried out using company-owned or hired/third-party vehicles.

3. Enquiries, Quotations and Bookings

Website enquiries and quotation requests are for information and planning purposes only. A booking is confirmed after written confirmation from Shubham Logistic Services and acceptance of the applicable quotation or commercial terms. Shipment-specific terms, including charges, payment, vehicle requirements, delivery arrangements, insurance, permits, and other conditions, may vary according to the shipment and customer requirements.

4. Customer Responsibilities and Documents

Customers must provide accurate information about the cargo, including its nature, weight, dimensions, value where required, pickup and delivery locations, and special handling requirements. Depending on the shipment, documents may include invoices, e-way bills, permits, declarations, Goods Receipts, Lorry Receipts (LR), Proof of Delivery (POD), and other applicable documents. Customers should inform us in advance about hazardous, dangerous, restricted, oversized, perishable, temperature-sensitive, fragile, or specially handled cargo.

5. Charges, Payment and Detention

Freight charges, taxes, payment terms, and due dates will be specified in the applicable quotation, invoice, or commercial agreement. Payment terms may vary, with agreed credit periods generally up to 30 days or as otherwise specified. Additional charges may apply for vehicle waiting or detention, loading or unloading delays, route changes, additional handling, storage, re-delivery, or other transportation-related services. Shubham Logistic Services does not ordinarily charge interest on delayed payments unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellation terms are not separately provided on this website and will be subject to any applicable booking or commercial arrangements.

6. Loading, Delivery and Insurance

Customers should ensure that pickup and delivery locations are accessible and suitable for the assigned vehicle and cargo. Loading, unloading, handling, and specialised requirements will be arranged according to the agreed service. Insurance arrangements may vary by shipment and may be arranged by Shubham Logistic Services, the customer, a freight forwarder, or another relevant party. Delivery may be confirmed through a signed document, digital acknowledgement, electronic POD, or another reasonable delivery record.

7. Cargo Issues and Claims

Any concern relating to cargo loss, damage, shortage, delay, or delivery should be communicated to Shubham Logistic Services in writing as soon as reasonably possible, together with relevant supporting documents. Where insurance is arranged, the applicable policy will govern its coverage and claims process. Shipment-related liability and claims will be handled in accordance with the applicable transportation documents, commercial terms, insurance arrangements, and applicable law.

8. Delays and Operational Events

Transportation may be affected by traffic, road conditions, weather, accidents, vehicle breakdowns, government restrictions, inspections, road closures, strikes, port, CFS or ICD conditions, customer-related delays, or other operational circumstances. Where reasonably possible, Shubham Logistic Services may arrange an alternative vehicle or suitable transportation arrangement. For serious incidents, appropriate authorities may be contacted and a police complaint or FIR may be made where necessary. Delivery timelines are estimates unless specifically confirmed in writing.
